While at Oracle, and even today, Rama receives continuous recognition for the customer support line of business built from scratch at Oracle, which has become a corner stone in Customer Support orientation. At Kenexa, Rama was key in defining the product road map both organically and inorganically. IBM later acquired Kenexa. After Kenexa Technologies, Rama has served as an executive at CA Technologies. Currently he is part of the executive team at Capsilon Corporation and provides thought leadership. He also serves as an advisor to the board for multiple start up companies.
