The National Insurance Institute (Instituto Nacional De Seguros, INS) of Costa Rica Implements the Advanced Business Process Management (BPM) Suite of AuraPortal

Woburn, MA -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/20/2011 -- AuraPortal (http://www.auraportal.com), announced that the National Insurance Institute (INS) of Costa Rica, the most important insurance company in Central America, has purchased the BPMS platform of AuraPortal, aiming to reach Business Excellence in a short period of time.

Purchasing the AuraPortal platform will allow INS to automate and optimize the way its departments function internally, as well as its customer relations, all this using BPM Processes, turning INS into one of the most advanced companies worldwide in business process automation and optimization.

For Mr. Julio Bonifacino, Operational Manager of AIC, “optimizing and automating these processes will ensure that INS remains a leader, as well as an efficiently run, and competitive company in the insurance market, while it offers its customers a service that fully satisfies their needs”.

At an early stage, already in the process of analysis, three macro-processes will be launched simultaneously: Assurance, Claims, and Data Modification.
