QUOTES:
“Subway is excited to partner with the Allentown Rescue Mission and raise money and awareness for the homeless in the Lehigh Valley,” said Gary Lentz, board chair and SUBWAY® owner. “We have great customers and anticipate that the Have a Heart campaign will be very successful.”

“The Allentown Rescue Mission is pleased to be in partnership with SUBWAY® for the Have a Heart campaign," said Gary Millspaugh, executive director of the Allentown Rescue Mission. "Hunger, poverty and homelessness affect many as the economy struggles to recover from the greatest recession in 75 years. When we reach the goal of $15,000, it will be a tremendous boost to the work of the Mission; many people will be fed, and many more will have an opportunity to end their homelessness. An ideal partner in the fight against hunger, SUBWAY® delivers excellent value in the food it serves every day. That great value will attract lots of people to give just one dollar and help the Mission reduce hunger and homelessness in our community.”
