Daimer® has shipped its first Super Max™ 12200, part of a new DPT line of propane-heated/electric powered, truck-mounted machines that bring saturated steam cleaning to settings that previously could not accommodate fuel-burning systems.
Woburn, MA -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/18/2011 -- Daimer® Industries, which is known for supplying saturated-steam, gas pressure washers to cleaning professionals, is now selling an advanced line of Super Max™ propane heated/electric powered machines incorporating the company's proprietary Distributed Pressure Technology (DPT) design.
The new design allows operators to store the saturated steam and pressure generating unit in a propane-safe location and connect it using pipe to a stationary cleaning station in an area that generally can not allow fuel-based heating units. The steam and pressure generating base unit resides on a wheeled truck base for easy movement.

Truck-Mounted DPT Gas Pressure Washers
Daimer®'s new DPT machines can achieve 330ºF and provide several key user-benefits:

- Reduced chemical usage: the high temperature steam removes grease and reduces chemical pretreatment.
- Reduced cost: the high temperature gas pressure washers clean effectively, which can save on work time.
The Super Max™ 12200 gas pressure washers are equipped with an industrial, quick release trigger wand. The machines are sold in a truck-mounted configuration for maximum mobility. The machines also include Daimer® TriMode design and can function as cold water pressure washers, hot water pressure washers and steam gas pressure washers.
