Brisbane, Queensland -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/12/2016 -- Ted's Crane Truck and Semi Hire Pty Ltd. has added to their fleet this year to cater for growing demand, acquiring a semi trailer crane truck in b-double configuration - a relatively rare sight on Queensland roads, coming in at around 26 metres overall length and equipped with a Palfinger crane capable of lifting about 1.5 tonnes at 7 metres reach.

Darren has been allocated to drive the latest addition to the fleet and was very excited to get behind the wheel and keen to get a chance to put his skills to the test with some niche tasks. The rig has generated a lot of interest and is already busy covering local and long distance work. The prime mover is also equipped with a sleeper cabin for long distance and interstate runs, which is expected to enhance existing services outside of South East Queensland - a welcome boost to the Ted's Crane Truck and Semi Hire fleet, complementing the existing semi trailer crane truck services and smaller crane trucks currently available.
