During the past five years, SBWire has offered a free, advertising supported, press release listing service. Thousands of small businesses and non-profit organizations have used our free service to distribute their news.

While we will continue to offer this free service, we are announcing two changes which will go into effect today.

We are placing a limit of five (5) free press release submissions per day per SBWire account. With the thousands of free submissions we receive daily, and with every press release distributed by SBWire receiving a review from our human editorial team, we determined it is in our clients best interest to no longer offer unlimited free submissions.

Additionally, we are changing the way free press releases are prioritized in our editor review process. With this change, it will now take a minimum of two business days before free press release listings are approved. Paid submissions and paid subscribers will see their press releases in most cases approved the same business going forward.

We encourage all SBWire customers to consider upgrading to SBWire Plus, SBWire Pro or the SBWire Reseller’s Program to unlock many additional features along with a next business day or faster approval time for new press release submissions.
