ReleaseWire and Coronavirus (COVID-19)


The team at ReleaseWire has been continuously monitoring the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation along with directions being provide by local, state and national officials.  As such, we made the decision today to make several temporary adjustments to our operations.

Beginning today, Monday, March 16th, our main office location will be closed.  Many of our editorial and customer support team members will work remotely to provide continuing service to our clients.

Our telephone-based customer support service will be discontinued during this office closure.   We will continue to offer online sales and customer support via our help desk and live chat solution.  We do expect some delays in responses; however, we will make every effort to provide the highest level of customer support possible.

We do not expect the Editorial process to be affected negatively by this temporary change.  In fact, we believe it is important for our clients to communicate with their clients, journalist, bloggers and the public at large during this pandemic using press releases.

We will continue to communicate with you as information unfolds.  As this is a very fast evolving situation, we do expect other changes to be made to our daily operations moving forward.
