Palmer Trinity School Student Wins the Experiment in International Living Scholarship

LogoLaura Massa, Chair of the History and Humanities Department, stated: "Part of what makes Michael so exceptional is what he did after his first trip to Haiti with Palmer Trinity faculty member, Mr. Raul Gonzalez, and a group of fellow PTS students. In 2014, he developed a project to lead a another medical trip to Haiti and raised enough funds to cover the expenses for three doctors as well as collected a significant number of medical supplies. This past week he returned from his third trip, this time accompanied by three female doctors."

Palmer Trinity Student Joins Cousteau Siblings' Organization Earthecho International as Youth Council Member

LogoDelaney is one of fifteen appointed to the council and will be serving a two-year term. Council members range from 15-22 years old, and were selected from across the country. Delaney was encouraged to apply for the position by Leopoldo Llinas, a science teacher and director of environmental stewardship at Palmer Trinity School.

Palmer Trinity School's Leopoldo Llinas Spirit of Service Learning Award First-Place Winner

LogoLeopoldo Llinas, was named first-place winner of the Spirit of Service Learning Award in the K-12 Private High School category. His selection was made by the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of South Florida, the Armando Alejandre Jr. Memorial Foundation, and the Miami-Dade Teacher of the Year Coalition. The Spirit of Service Learning Award recognizes educators who integrate service into their curriculums, and are committed to connecting with students through service to help meet critical needs in South Florida and the global community.

Palmer Trinity School Welcomes Valorie Baker as Director of Auxiliary Programs

Palmer Trinity Senior Becomes Pro Soccer Player

LogoOriginally from Colombia, Andres has dreamt of becoming a professional soccer player since he began playing the sport at the age of five. He was on Palmer Trinity's soccer team, where he has been a student since the sixth-grade, and also played club soccer with Real Miami F.C.

Palmer Trinity Members Invited to Attend Al Gore's Climate Reality Training

LogoNobel Laureate, former U.S. Vice President and founder of the Climate Reality Project, Al Gore, opened the event. He addressed 750 guests in attendance at the three-day training event held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami, which included a global network of leaders committed to solving the climate crisis.
