Philadelphia Interior Designer Brings Dreamy Garden Space to Center City
Tallulah & Bird, a Philadelphia interior design company, has recently finished designing Harper's Garden, a new Center City bar and restaurant. Karen Regan, Principal and designer behind Tallulah & Bird, started working on the project over a year ago. The space is open starting Friday May 11, by reservation on Open Table only. Starting on Wednesday, May 16 the restaurant and garden will be fully open with expanded hours and walk ins.
