Tirrell explains that he recently read an article on Mashable that stated, on average, people touch their faces 23 times an hour, and that's just horrifying.

There is a level of danger when doing a walkthrough own a home. You could fall through the floor, get bitten by pesky bug or animals, or be attacked by people squatting in a vacant house.
