(OTC:ECAU), a developer of technologies enabling the cost effective conversion of existing fleet vehicles into fuel efficient hybrids and plug-in hybrids, is very pleased to announce the completion of a private placement offering of one million shares to provide working capital for the Company.
The Company had authorized the sale and issuance of up to 1,000,000 units of Company securities to qualified investors in a private placement for the purpose of raising working capital for the Company.
This offering consisted of shares of Company's common stock at $0.50 per share and warrants exercisable to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price per share of $0.75 for each common stock purchased. The offering was completed and fully subscribed.
