At the meeting it was decided to terminate the powers of the current MTS Board of Directors and elect the following persons to the MTS Board of Directors viz. Mr. Anton Abugov, Mr. Alexey Buyanov, Mr. Michel Combes, Mr. Andrei Dubovskov, Mr. Alexander Gorbunov, Mr. Thomas Holtrop, Mr. Stanley Miller, Mr. Vsevolod Rozanov and Mr. Ron Sommer.
Mobile TeleSystems OJSC, together with its subsidiaries, provides telecommunications services primarily in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Armenia, and Belarus.
