London's Underground Farms to Revolutionize the Way Food Is Sourced
Popping up all across the Capital is a new breed of urban farm and it is highly anticipated by many that this is going to change the way that a range food is sourced. Located over thirty metres below ground on Clapham High Street a 6,000 sq. ft. shelter can be found. It is here that 'microgreens' such as coriander and chives are grown at full force using LED lighting and other variations of hydroponic equipment.
